A majority of my clients have been gay men who are struggling with issues of self-worth, shame /fear, fulfillment, authenticity, intimacy, sexuality, HIV and safer sex (either sero-positive or negative), family relationships, anxiety, and depression.
I am fairly eclectic but basically work psychodynamically (relationally), exploring with my client those unresolved issues that must be either "worked through" or "worked with" in order for the client (or couple) to better fulfill his /her potential for self-acceptance, self-expression, and emotional growth.
